This stunning property in Seisdon showcases how well the Residence 7 system fits into a home on a cul-de-sac where you’d find a uniformed collection of homes, all being designed with the same colour windows and doors. We find when working with customers who are looking to lift their home, they are daunted to branch out from the colour that was installed initially when the properties were built.

As trends are moving forward, more than ever home owners are wanting to make a statement and be a little different, finding the balance of showing some personality but not standing out (for maybe the wrong reasons) can be a difficult balance particularly if you are living amongst many neighbours in close proximity!

When looking to branch out and make a design statement, quality of product is key! Residence has absolutely nailed this, there is an abundance of flush window systems available on the market however the quality of The Residence profile paired with its unique colour palette immediately sets it apart. Furthermore the design of the Reisdence window is perfectly flush externally and internally unlike majority of its competitors.

When working with our customers based in Seisdon a modern face lift was on the agenda, but also being sympathetic to its rural village setting. We presented them with the Residence product range which was an immediate hit, the flush casement gave the modern stylish finish and the more traditional colour pallet of creams, Painswick or Grained White ensured the property would still sit right in its natural surroundings and amongst the neighbours. After much deliberation our customers chose Clotted Cream externally and Chalk White internally keeping a fresh modern look working with their stunning interior décor.

Splitting up the windows into equal sections enhances the neat and symmetrical qualities of the flush system, we feel this also gives a modern fresh look externally and creates a feature internally. This property has such a beautiful garden, when you look out of the rear windows equally split, it is like having beautifully framed scenic pictures, that are filled with real life nature!

Rightly so our customers have put time and plenty of thought into making the step of upgrading their windows, we completed this job across two installations starting with the rear. The next phase is upgrading the front door, patio doors and roofline works. These improvements are still under discussion of what route to go down with styles, product choice and colours making sure everything is tied in with the stunning new Residence windows and doors!
