A key priority for the homeowners was to create a property that would be energy-efficient and environmentally responsible. To achieve this, we specified triple glazing throughout the entire home, delivering excellent U-values and superior thermal insulation.
This approach not only keeps the property comfortable all year round but also significantly reduces heat loss and energy consumption, helping to lower the home’s overall carbon footprint. It’s a design that proves sustainability and luxury can go hand in hand.
At the heart of the home’s entrance is a stunning RK Pivot Door finished in matt textured black, complete with an antique bronze feature bar handle. This door doesn’t just make a statement; it sets the tone for the entire property.
Its modern lines and flawless finish offer a perfect welcome, reflecting the craftsmanship and quality that continues throughout the home. It’s a true showpiece and one of the homeowner’s favourite features.
To complement the home’s clean architecture and contemporary exterior, we installed a combination of Origin Aluminium and Smarts Architectural Aluminium glazing systems, all finished in RAL 7016 Anthracite Grey.
This deep grey tone adds a sophisticated contrast to the crisp render and stone cladding of the exterior, giving the home a timeless, cohesive look. Every window and door was chosen not only for its visual appeal but also for its technical performance and longevity.
